Now don’t go inspecting with a white glove. The staff take pride in doing an exceptional cleaning everyday, if desired.
We stayed down the street last year and noticed this location then so when it was available we booked this year. The location is exceptional on Av Nader giving you really good access, walking, to international grade and local restaurants on Nader, Uxmal and Tulum, Mercado 23 & 28, Parque de las Palapas (I consider that the Zocalo), supermarkets (Chedraui & Soriana), shopping (Walmart and Las Americas).
We visited during Carnaval Cancun 2026 so there was a lot of local activities. Only had one night I struggled to sleep, a Saturday, as the party went very late. We had a room on the roadside which can get a bit noisy but area is very quiet late night normally.
We will have no issues booking again.
