    Good: Location-many walkable restaurants near the area; activities arranged by the hotel Bad: Bathroom had a horrible sewage smell and when we complained we didn’t feel like it was given priority. Small touches that could make the stay more comfortable: no lamp/s by the bed so you need to get up to turn off lights before bed, no sockets by the bed, shower cold water knob was broken (fixed after but still wonky). We didn’t exactly have any untoward experience during our stay, but I can’t say we’d pick the same place if we come back to Quintana Roo.
