We stayed for 2 nights before moving on to another hotel for a destination wedding. Very clean, quiet and very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely with great coffee! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Eco-Hotel El Caribe highly!

The place is unique. The staff is very good! Everything would have been fine but both elevators were not working at the end of December, so were offered a room on the first floor. We liked our room at the second floor - it has nice size shower/toilet, was very quiet and large. We couldn’t keep it due to difficulty using stairs. We didn’t like the room on the first floor - it was quite smaller, we didn’t have warm water, and the positioning of the bedroom made it more noisy. There weee no kettles in the rooms - to make a cup of tea. The water in the pool also wasn’t warm enough to enjoy it. The service at the breakfast was nice but the size of the breakfast - not large enough for an adult, they limit you to one or two choices on the menus..

I have stayed there many times in the past several years and always a pleasant experience. The staff is helpful and hotel near everything I like to see and do.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very centrally located within walking distance of the centre and around the corner from the bus station. Very friendly staff, both at reception and the magnificent staff serving breakfast. Peaceful courtyard with swimming pool. Comfortable beds and rooms with all the facilities you could need! So good we stayed here twice!
