The place is comfy, gives the feeling of going to your grand parents place with a comfortable bed and good breakfast. Typical B&B as like them with a very friendly host. We definitely recommend

The room was lovely with a tv and en-suite bathroom. Our host was friendly and very helpful, recommending a good local restaurant. Once we arrived and were shown our room, we were left to our own devices, which was perfect.
The Scottish breakfast (with haggis) was delicious.

Lovely host. Fantastic cooked Scottish breakfast. Really spacious comfortable rooms (Booked double & twin rooms). Double had a lovely en-suite and large tv in the room. Twin had a separate but private bathroom, but also had a tv. Wi-Fi reception was good.
The rooms were situated in a family bungalow, so no steps, and the premises were immaculately clean.
Situated near end of a cul-de-sac, really private and quiet. Owner provided garage parking for one of our group who had an electric bike. Offered to charge bike but not needed.
Prior to departure the owner put the bike out the front for us.

Very clean, helpful friendly host, great bathroom and nice breakfast.
Smallish bedroom, but priced accordingly. Road names are confusing even with GPS.
