An unusual Hotel as no TV in the room, Bar had an honesty box and staff were rarely to be seen. Bed most comfortable I've slept in for a long time and heating actually worked...

Stopped for the night en route to the Ullapool-Stornoway ferry the following morning. Well located for that purpose, though town very quiet with little amenities this time of year (Dingwall very close with supermarkets, pubs, etc. however). Property was very self service, no staff visible and missed breakfast which didn't start til 8am, too late for ferry. However property clean and our bijoux room was fit for purpose... cheap I thought, though no TV which seemed odd. However I would recommend it as a vfm overnighter if you're travelling in the region.
