'Podere Cerretino' is the perfect place to find and discover your own tranquility and relaxation.
A corner of paradise surrounded by the suggestive Tuscan hills in an enchanting landscape, situated in a central and strategic position to visit the most interesting places in Tuscany, such as Florence and Siena.
The Villa consists of 4 completely independent apartments and an elegant panoramic veranda where you can gather and enjoy a unique holiday.
Podere Cerretino offers groups of friends or families the opportunity to stay in this completely renovated villa with particular attention to original antique style furnishings.
Each apartment is independent and has a lounge, flat-screen TV, equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Outside you can have lunch, dinner, barbecue and take advantage of a large play area for children, table tennis and table football.
You can also request excursions (on foot or by mountain bike) and typical cooking courses at home.
The property is easily accessible from the main road of the village.
Our panoramic salt pool, near the house, has led lights with various colors, allowing you to create a unique and relaxing atmosphere for a night swim.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property and outdoor environments.

We absolutely loved staying at Nicola’s place- it was more beautiful than we had anticipated and the view and surroundings are breathtaking. We were 4 families and the property worked great for all of us. It’s nice to have the privacy of the individual apartments and the common space to hang out together. Nicola was an above and beyond host, he helped us with every little question and request we had and even helped us arrange for a chef to come and cook for us one evening. Thank you for everything! We hope to be back one day!

We had a great stay! Doesn’t matter if you want to spend relaxing days at the pool or do some activities, everything is possible. The host is really helpful and friendly. Can definitely recommend it!

The property is beautiful and the host friendly and helpful. Cars are needed for shopping and activities outside the villa. We came late in the autumn so the weather varied. But, We all liked the place very much.

As a group of 20 people (12 adults and 8 children) we stayed at Nicola's villa for two weeks in August. Nicola was a very welcoming host and was always very helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful time - beautiful house and a large surrounding garden, lots of flowers, lovely views of the Tuscany hills and towards the local town Poppi.
The villa is in a quiet location ~1km from the historic city centre of Poppi and very convenient for trips to Firenze, Arezzo and smaller towns or historic sites nearby. Beautiful hiking areas like Pratomagno and Monte Falco/Falterona can be easily reached by a 20-30min car ride.
We loved the big dining room where we could all be together. We really enjoyed preparing our food on the barbecue and also in the traditional pizza oven outside the dining room. The amazing salt water pool gave refreshment and was the fun part for the children all the time. It is lit during the night and creates a unique atmosphere. The whole villa has been decorated with attention for detail. The 4 separated apartments allow for sufficient privacy when you are in a larger group. The garden is simply beautiful and has been arranged with a large variety of different trees and flowers.
All in all, a brilliant experience, and we all recommend the villa wholeheartedly and would love to visit it again in the future. Thank you Nicola!
