Had everything I needed and it was nice.
Long waiting times for the bathroom since there is one toilet / shower per floor - nonetheless it’s fine

The location is perfect! Very close to the stations and Hongdae shopping streets. The bed is comfortable and common space is nice too.
The bathroom floor is slippery so I had to be careful while using it.

The guest house is in a good location. Check-in and check-out are easy and fully online, which is very convenient. Overall, I also rate the cleanliness positively.
I stayed for 3 nights in a basement-level room. The beds were not comfortable, and the mattresses were very hard. The bathroom is in a very poor condition (see photo). I may have just been unlucky with roommates, but quiet hours after 10 p.m. were not respected. The day before departure, I received a message offering a discount on a future stay and a coffee voucher in exchange for writing a POSITIVE review, which I found inappropriate. In my opinion, positive reviews should not be ‘bought’ in this way.
