The spacious recently extensively renovated 50ies villa was decorated by its owners affectionately with furniture and accessories from the 50s. The villa which corresponds to the modern standard located in the most exclusive, sheltered location of Camps Bay the 'Glen' in a quiet cul de sac.
The west-side terrace guarantees breathtaking sunsets with incredible views of mountains and sea. The spacious open plan lounge turns into a 100m2 terrace with heated pool, outdoor shower and built-in wood grill.
The import from Italy sunbeds, the daybed and lounge furniture invite you to a relaxing afternoon by the pool.
The large canopy, which is equipped with outdoor speakers, a Misty system and radiators, guarantees optimum feel-good factor. The large dining table is perfectly positioned next to the barbecue.
The open kitchen is equipped with the most modern equipment: The large induction plate, double oven, American fridge + freezer with ice and water dispenser, microwave, of dishwasher, Nespresso machine and milk frother, juicer, .. make cooking overlooking the Atlantic Ocean to the pleasant experience.
