The house is in fact nice with a beautiful view and very large. It would be a great place for a family or 2 plus couples. The garage doors are very narrow so be careful with a wide vehicle. Neighborhood is quiet but there is a convenient shopping area. The property manager is very responsive and helped on the weekend when needed. It is very clean and modestly stocked. We had an issue getting the hot tub to temperature that they are working on. Paying to heat the pool for 70 a day was not worthwhile for us. There was no working CO detector and they are short on fire detectors which again they are working on. If those things are fixed it is a 5 star find. For one couple it was still worth the fee.
