Summary:
Your family will be close to everything at this centrally-located home that was fully remodeled in 2023. The home has 3 bedrooms, a dedicated office space with sofa bed to sleep 1, a living area with fireplace that opens up into the kitchen and dinning/breakfast area and a backyard to grill, relax or swim. Enjoy the excellent views of the mountain while having breakfast or relaxing in the in-ground pool or hot tub. We do allow pets, heating the pool or hot tub FOR A FEE. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
The Space:
This family-friendly spacious pool home was fully remodeled in 2023. The open floor plan, single floor living space makes you feel at home as you enjoy the ample natural light, beautiful white quartz island/countertops, Scandinavian red kitchen cabinets and amazing views of the mountain and swimming pool. All the bedrooms have memory foam mattress, luxury hotel style sheets and window blinds for a comfortable night sleep. Host is not liable for any incident in regards to the pool or tub. The office space/4th bedroom is accessed through the garage.

* Fully furnished en-suite master bedroom with 50" TV

* Dinning/breakfast areas with amazing pool and mountain views

Guest Access:
Guests have access to both the indoor and outdoor spaces of the home except the pool utilities shed at the back.

West Side home in convenient, safe location--close to I-10, Transmountain/Loop 375, UTEP/Sunbowl, Downtown, Ft Bliss, Juarez, even Las Cruces & NMSU. Great restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores including Whole Foods, nearby.

Below are fees for services/extras you may opt for:
There is a $50 pet fee. $30 extra per additional pet (only dogs and/or cats)
There is a daily fee to heat the pool/tub ($50/$30 May to September and $75/$40 October to April)
The above fees are to be paid before check-in
For safety, only adults are allowed in the pool after dark. Pool closes at 10pm but can be extended if a request is made to and approved by host.
