Thank you so much for a great stay! There was 11 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space. Very accommodating and great communication!

overall good not enough bathrooms for 10 ppl and one of the toilets seat was loose, futons are horrible should get money back for the 2 futons listed as a beds they had a pole n the middle that made them useless not enough blankets and sheets only one set for one futon needs painting and vent cleaning could see scum in the vents, other than was good but not for the money

Five stars overall. This was my first rodeo. Seven 70 year old guests spending eight nights, checking out El Paso and NM hiking, wine, and beer. And the Mexican food, and TACOs. A fantastic time was had by all. Now, onto the criticisms, hopefully taken constructively. The spa cannot be isolated, and thus is useless. (We were warned.) Funky plumbing in laundry room shower required the host to tell us how to turn it off. Written instructions would have been better. The washing machine has totally worn-off, mission-critical buttons. Written instructions would have mitigated the problems. +Kitchen is well equipped wrt pots and pans. Great coffee maker. Great dish washer. Zero glasses suitable for wine. Five coffee mugs. For up to 16 guests? Really? Not enough silverware. Dining table only accommodates six. The house needs more chairs. Folding chairs would have been fine. Every room needs a trash can, a mirror, and some cloths hangers. Not enough toilet paper to accommodate seven guests for eight nights. WiFi was flaky. Power cycling remedied the problems. Rain pours off the roof's valley onto where you need to key-in. A rain gutter is needed. (Not an El Paso concept...) Again, five stars from the harsh Silicon Valley judge.

Perfect family stay with entertainment for all ages. Location very close to a great grocery store and within walking distance to a lovely park.

Great location that is walkable to a park, dog park and grocery store. The indoor pool table kept everyone busy and the outdoor pool kept us cool. Great place.

Lovely well-equipped home with a beautiful pool and backyard. Activities to keep everyone entertained- and well located near to a good grocery store, within walking distance to a great park with playground, running path, basketball courts, and even a bridle path.

We stayed here with extended family for a military graduation. House was in a convenient location to get to Ft. Bliss. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

The house had a lot of little things wrong like broken outlet covers. The beds were clean, floors not so much. We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated but hot tub was slightly warmer than the pool. There is one game room area. Not a closed off room. Futons are kid sized not for anyone over 5’10’’. In all the house worked well for us. All doorways were wheelchair accessible.
