THIS SPACIOUS VILLA IS UPGRADED IN AND OUT. IT IS LOCATED ON THE WESTSIDE OF TOWN NEAR SHOPPING, RESTAURANTS AND MINUTES FROM THE FREEWAY (I-10)
THIS STYLISH PLACE IS PERFECT FOR LAST MINUTES RESERVATION OR MONTH LONG STAYS. YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH EACH UNIQUE BEDROOM ALONG WITH ALL THE SPACE IN THE LIVING ROOM AREA For the safety and security of all our guests and in accordance with our rental policy, a valid government-issued photo ID is required to complete the booking process. This helps us verify the identity of all guests and ensure a smooth and secure check-in experience We recommend guest to obtain travel insure prior to booking to be protected incase of travel changes close to check in date.

We only allow 10 guest on our property at anytime as per VRBO rules and regulations.

Excessive garbage (indication of a party/ event) is not part of the cleaning fee and will be requested upon checkout.

Stayed here in early December - the home was beautiful, lots of room and the backyard with the patio and backyard was so nice (although we didn't get a chance to use it due to other gatherings and happenings). Everything was updated and the host was prompt with answers to any questions. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a large home with a close proximity to everything, yet far enough away from noise and traffic. Joseph’s property was amazing and perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the small gym in the garage. The place was clean and very well updated and appointed. We even left an electronic device behind and Joseph was so kind as to mail it to us free of charge. Highly recommended!

We were in El Paso for a Gender Reveal for my daughter and husband who live in Alamogordo and this was the perfect place for our family of 8. It provided all the amenities that we needed and even had a little gym in the garage for a quick workout! Beautifully decorated and cozy. A beautiful neighborhood with all new, modern, large homes. This one will absolutely not disappoint. Everything was incredibly clean, easy to use, the backyard was perfect for my golden retriever to explore and be free. The rooms and bathrooms were large, the TVs were lovely, the kitchen was gorgeous. We had a quick question for the owner and got an immediate response. Usually at these rentals, it takes hours to do all the tasks they want you to do before you leave, but this place did not have a long list. This house is AMAZING!!!!!

My husband and I stayed here on our trip across the country. From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. We loved watching movies in the family room with the fireplace going, especially after a long 8 1/2 hour drive. The master bed was SO COMFORTABLE and (thankfully) had THE BEST pillows! And the master bath was like a spa! So relaxing! The kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay and Joseph had even provided two bags of ice in the freezer for us. The laundry room was well equipped for us to do several loads of laundry, which was especially nice so that we didn't have to go back out to the store for detergent and dryer sheets. The garage has several workout pieces of equipment and you still have room to park inside. We wished we could have stayed longer because the backyard had a firepit, corn hole, and a grill! The home is located in a nice, safe neighborhood and is very close to many nice restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!
