The property is in a great location, the apartment is large and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Communication was good with the host.
There were a few holes in the sheets and a cigarette burn in the duvet. It seemed clean but still needs to be addressed.

SOLO LA POSIZIONE BUONA, 2° PIANO SENZA ASCENSORE CON SCALE SCOMODE, PAVIMENTO RUMOROSO.
Appartamento situato al 2° piano senza ascensore, con scale scomode e pavimento molto rumoroso. Dopo il check-out, mia figlia si è accorta di aver dimenticato gli auricolari nella struttura. Non appena abbiamo verificato la loro posizione tramite localizzazione, abbiamo contattato immediatamente il numero WhatsApp attraverso cui avevamo ricevuto le istruzioni per il check-in. Purtroppo non ci è stato possibile tornare a recuperarli a causa della presenza di nuovi ospiti. In breve, gli auricolari sono scomparsi. Esperienza deludente e poca serietà nella gestione della situazione.
