House of Happy Hours With TERRACE

This place is a real hidden gem! We loved it. Very close to the city center and the Duomo, to restaurants, shops and supermarkets, to the bus and train station and amazing cafes just around the corner. It was spotless clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the sleeping room was super calm, cozy - and cool! The a/c worked perfectly but you don’t really need it cause of the old walls which keep the whole space coolish. The kitchen was just great for preparing meals and breakfast. Dolce Gusto machine worked fine for a quick cafe! The hosts were super helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome from the first minute. One of the highlights is the cozy and quiet terrace. We enjoyed the mornings and evenings there a lot. To sum it up: it was even more beautiful than we expected! We would return in a second!

Nothing - if I had to mention something: the hallway and especially the stairs are a pain with larger suitcases. Though worth the climb ;)

Schöne, gemütliche Wohnung mit herrlicher Terrasse. Problemlose Kommunikation mit Nadja während des Aufenthalts, mit wertvollen Hinweisen zum Parken und allgemeinen Tipps für den Florenz-Besuch, auch Hilfestellung am Abreisetag zwecks Gepäckaufbewahrung. Gute Lage zur Altstadt. Gerne wieder!

Apartment is big and cosy

SOLO LA POSIZIONE BUONA, 2° PIANO SENZA ASCENSORE CON SCALE SCOMODE, PAVIMENTO RUMOROSO.

Appartamento situato al 2° piano senza ascensore, con scale scomode e pavimento molto rumoroso. Dopo il check-out, mia figlia si è accorta di aver dimenticato gli auricolari nella struttura. Non appena abbiamo verificato la loro posizione tramite localizzazione, abbiamo contattato immediatamente il numero WhatsApp attraverso cui avevamo ricevuto le istruzioni per il check-in. Purtroppo non ci è stato possibile tornare a recuperarli a causa della presenza di nuovi ospiti. In breve, gli auricolari sono scomparsi. Esperienza deludente e poca serietà nella gestione della situazione.
