The kitchen is very well equipped, both with cookware and basic necessities; salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, oil & vinegar. The back yard is huge, and our dog loved it. There is a nice pergola and seating area on the back patio. Just all around a nice place for a short stay.
The internet is a little slow, but the landlord told us that. I wouldn't recommend this house for more than three people since its a tiny house.
