Excellent Villa in a great location
The property was in an excellent location close to the local town of Adenau and the Nurburgring, which was our main purpose of the visit. The villa was extremely clean on arrival and a smooth handover with the host. Plenty of space for a large party and all rooms to a good standard with plenty of sleeping arrangements available.

Very good
Very large lovely house in a nice quiet location with big garden, parking and outside seating, but close enough to the town of Adenau for shops, restaurants and all facilities like petrol station and chemist. Also, only a 10 min drive from the famous Nordscheiffe. The house had inclusive free and fast WiFi, which worked outside as well. BBQ also available if required. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay as a family or group as long as you can accept the points mentioned in the 🙁 section and so go fully aware and don't be put off.
There were many 'house rules' to sign for upon arrival, which I understand and had no problem with, however, having to pay a large 'cash' damage deposit upon arrival (refundable if all confirmed after a week of leaving and there is no damage) was a bit much to find on top of the big rental coats. The worst thing was having to pay €10 a head (non refundable) for the bedding laundry, which should have been a part of the hire fee as per any other hotel or house rental. I have never had to pay to 'wash the bedding' at any other establishment in any other country.

Great facilities, extremely clean, very secure and lots of space for cars on the driveway.
Garden was not well kept, there is also an unadvertised charge of £10 each if you want bed linen and £10 each if you want towels.

Everything, the place is great. Good parking, good beds, all very clean. Nice comfortable house in a nice area. No issues at all, friendly hosts. We will be coming back again for our next trip. Thank you.

Lovely spacious house for 10 people. Everything was perfect and a good size space in the front of the house for our cars as we came from England to drive on the Nurburgring. We’re planning on going back in the new year too as the facilities were just what we needed. Spot on perfect

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist auch super, da es vor allem ruhig war. Der Garten war groß, aber nicht so groß wie auf den Bildern, dennoch für die Kinder top.
Da wir mit 14 Personen 6 Nächte vor Ort waren, haben wir uns Gepäck dementsprechend geplant, da wir vor Ort laut Beschreibung auch eine Waschmaschine haben. Dort angekommen kam die Info, geht nicht ist kaputt. Aber den kompletten Betrag soll man zahlen. So eine Information muss man vorher kommunizieren. Was auch sehr ungewöhnlich ist, dass man 10€ pro Person pro Bettwäsche bezahlen muss. Sowas hab ich noch in meiner Unterkunft, sei es Hotel oder Ferienwohnung, erlebt habe. Zum Glück durften wir die Betten vor Ort benutzen und mussten nicht unsere eigenen mitbringen. 😉

La casa muy amplia
Que nos cobren aparte por persona 10€ por toalla y por sabana. Y que no este puesto en booking. + 300 euros de fianza en EFECTIVO. Que si la casa esta bien se devuelven por transferencia a los 14 dias. Tuvimos un problema ya que llevamos a nuestro perro. Nos cobraron 90€ / 15€ al dia. Lo que no me parece bien es que el perro no puede acceder a la casa. Solo al jardin. Un perro acostumbrado a dormir en casa no puede dormir en la calle y sin condiciones o una caseta ni nada por el estilo. El ultimo dia metimos al perro al baño porque le pico una garrapata y le dio fiebre. Ya que toda la semana estuvo lloviendo. Araño la puerta del baño y la dueña nos dijo que teniamos que hacernos cargo de la reparación. No pusimos ningun problema ya que aceptamos las culpas. Fueron 341€ la reparacion de unos arañazos en la puerta. Lo que reclamo es que al menos para otros clientes ya que aceptan perros que habiliten una zona para ellos. Y que no te cobren solo por que este en el jardin sin condiciones. La dueña de la casa tiene que ser sincera y poner en el anuncio de booking todo lo que se cobra como las sabanas / las toallas / y la fianza. La puerta principal del patio estaba rota. No se cerraba del todo y teniamos que atarla con una cuerda. La dueña queria todo limpio pero no habia ni productos de limpieza para al menos fregar el suelo con fregona. O limpiar el polvo … No habia ni aspiradora. Si exige limpieza tal y como nos dejo la casa que de posiblidades para ellos . Poco mas que decir. A y otra cosa . Tienen unas televisiones muy anticuadas. No tienen ni smart tv. Mi consejo es que por lo menos una television que sea mas nueva. Para ver un partido de futbol o ver una pelicula o algo asi No volveria
