Lovely house at a lovely spot, but an unfriendly welcome and lack of hospotality.

Lovely house with a beautiful view in a very nice area. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

The house is advertised with six bedrooms, so we expected to have six bedrooms. However, three bedrooms were closed and we were told we should have explicitly said we needed all six bedrooms. When we asked about this, we were told it could unfortunately no longer be changed. Also, the welcoming was rather unfriendly, strict and off-putting.

Exceptional

Everything about the property was perfect. Very well equipped. Brilliant views. Huge bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with extra fridges and freezer downstairs. Kids toys, high chairs, BBQs etc all provided. Garden is brilliant, plenty of terrace areas to chill out.

Perhaps you could supply a fan for the upstairs bedrooms, as they get very hot in the sun! But that's me being abit picky, can't fault anything else.

No merece la pena lo que vale

Las vistas . Tranquilidad y entorno Casa muy grande para mucha gente

Las alfombras tuvimos que sacarlas de las habitaciones . Todos estornudábamos de la suciedad que tenían por los ácaros . Sucísimas . Todos los niños se pusieron fatal con alergias . Algo anticuada la casa , necesitaría un reestiling para que quedase más acorde al precio ya que es algo elevado Me pareció fatal que fuese de pago el lavar la ropa en la lavadora con monedas que encima se tragaba la máquina … Te cobraban por sábanas y toallas . Aparte de pedirte una fianza en mano que te devuelve 1 o 2 semanas despues …. Me molesto muchísimo el trato recibido por la dueña de la casa que todos los días nos obligaba a cerrar el toldo a las noches que decía que hacía viento y se rompía ….. y me lo recordaba día tras día mandándome un mensaje recordatorio que encima para cerrar el toldo Dios y ayuda de lo duro que estaba …. Nos repitió por activa y pasiva que las carpas del estanque no se podían comer …. Yo no sabía si llorar o reír creo que pensó que los españoles comemos carpas o algo …., Era un viaje por Europa de 2 familias con nuestros bebés y fue algo molesto el trato de pesadez …..nos obligó a barrer y limpiar la casa antes de irnos sino no devolvía la fianza nos dijo . Entonces el último día nos dedicamos como si nuestra casa se tratase a dejar todo bien limpio y recogido . Grabamos todo en vídeo para verificar que todo estaba correcto el antes y el después de la estancia . Obviamente la casa la íbamos a dejar bien recogida y ordenada pero al decirnos eso pues pusimos más incapie en la limpieza . Resumiendo : casa muy cara para lo que ofrece ….

Schönes Anwesen mit Luft nach oben in der Gastfreundlichkeit!

Eine schöne Villa mit wunderschönen Garten. Herrlich am Hang gelegen mit schönem Blick auf die Landschaft. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem gepflegten Zustand

Die Kommunkation mit dem Besitzer beziehungsweise Beauftragen war nicht so positiv. Es wurden viele Regeln auferlegt was wir wie und wo zu unterlassen hätten. Auch den Wunsch eventuell 30 - 60 Minuten später auszuchecken wurde uns verwehrt da das Haus noch gereinigt werden müsse. Auch 1h nach Auszug war kein Reinigungspersonaö da. Den Bereich mit Solarium und Fitnessgeräten war nicht zugänglich und wurde uns auch nicht gezeigt. Der Gasgrill der für uns vorgesehen war funktionierte nur 15 Minuten. Danach war das Gas alle und kein Ersatz auffindbar. Für die Kaution wurde uns keine Quittung ausgestellt!

Mooie basis voor een familieweekend!

De locatie is top, als je eenmaal de steile bergweg omhoog bent. Prachtig uitzicht en ruim balkon om met 12p. Te eten en s avonds te genieten van de ondergaande zon. De tuin is gemeenschappelijk maar was geen enkel probleem voor ons. Fijn dat get schoon was overal en 3 badkamers, ruime keuken en alles ruim voldoende op voorraad zoals stoelen, bestek enz. En een pluspunt dat je direct aan een prachtige wandeling kunt beginnen.

Let extra goed op tekenbeten na een wandeling en zorg voor een tekentang in je rugzak.

Super Kurzurlaub mit Bikes in großer komfortabler Villa am Berg

Die Ausstattung war Top!! Es fehlte an nichts! Lage am Berg mit super Aussicht!

An sich war alles gut. Punktabzug gab es von uns lediglich für den Wartungsstau im Außenbereich. Dort sollte man evtl mal Grünbelagsentferner, Kärcher und Pinsel in die Hand nehmen. Eine Überlegung wäre auch etwas zum Unterstellen von MTBs/Fahrrädern zu schaffen. Aber das sind eher Verbesserungen wie Kritik. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert !!!! ;)
