The house offers open plan living through the lounge, dining and kitchen area which flows out onto a large deck with magnificent views. The double garage offers parking and storage with further off street parking available.
Close proximity to playground, tennis courts, BBQ and playing field which is fabulous for guests with children. Excellent biking/walking tracks beside the Clutha and Hawea Rivers.
North facing aspect utilizes the suns energy and heating available by a Woodsman fire.
This is the perfect place for a family or couple(s) who want comfort and modern living while holidaying in Wanaka.

We had a really difficult 2023 and we were wanting a nice quiet house to stay at over the Christmas/New Year period. This house was perfect, we had such a great time staying here, exploring the region and also spending time at the house. Loved Pembroke Patisserie, although there was a queue out the door every day! The Allie Pub was good for a quiet craft beer and we enjoyed walking around the reserve. Loved the Indoor/outdoor flow and the big deck. Really nice to sit on the deck and watch the sun go down. I really recommend this house and we had a fabulous stay there.

Fantastic home with great views and a great fireplace. It easily accommodated the 5 of us and still felt spacious. Location was perfect with a short walk to the patisserie for sustenance each morning! I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
