About this house rental
Your alpine adventure starts here. A backdrop of tussocks & mountain views greet you & the lake and river are at hand.
The Cardrona, Snow Farm and Treble Cone Ski Field entrances are under 30 mins. Access to great biking and walking tracks at our doorstep. Northlake pump track, skateboard park, tennis courts, 4 minutes walk. Relax in our 5 person Alpine spa (March to September) & then saunter on to local café/ restaurant for après ski drinks & dinner 3 minutes easy walking or BBQ in our sunny courtyard.
The space
Sunny and spacious with loads of natural light, this near new, mostly cedar clad 4-bedroom home has open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. A separate TV lounge with internal sliding door sections this area off from main living area. It has a recliner lounge suite with a 65-inch TV for your viewing pleasure. Hi speed WI FI is available. Other features include a recessed dining area with seating for 8, walk in pantry, all the modern kitchen amenities, a refrigerator with filtered water and ice cubes and a ducted heat pump and air conditioning for heating and cooling.
Four bedrooms with three new king-sized beds in each and two new king singles are in the fourth bedroom. A separate laundry with washer and dryer and two bathrooms (one of which is en suite) as well as three toilets are included. Alpine outdoor spa pool for five people has a lockable cover and UV light, Ozone and low chlorine keep the water pure (only available MAY to SEPTEMBER).
Sunny and sheltered outdoor private courtyard has outdoor furniture and BBQ. Two parking spaces on the premises are available and house has easy access. FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 14 NIGHTS YOU ARE WELCOME TO MAKE MULTIPLE CONSECUTIVE BOOKINGS.

Entire home except locked garage, linen cupboard and main bedroom wardrobe. A portable clothes hanger is provided in the main bedroom.

Great place to stay for our family of five, had everything we needed. House is modern and clean, very spacious . Beds were comfortable and location great. Highly recommended.

This was by far the loveliest accommodation we have had in New Zealand. We come from Aus every year and this place was spectacular. Firstly, we were lucky enough to meet Helena and Stuart because we were so early and what lovely people. They couldn't have done any more to make us at home and wow, the place was immaculate. I have to mention the spa, it was sparkling clean and just perfect after each day of skiing. All the beautiful picture windows with snow caps views everywhere was magnificent. Each of our teenage boys had a lovely room each where they were able to go an escape from us. The little pub down on the corner did great coffee, food and ales. We would love to come back again. Thanks for having us.

We enjoyed our stay here, Great that it had an extra lounge with the TV so the kids could tuck themselves away when needed. Rooms were comfortable and house was warm. A few more towels would have helped keep the washing down.

Nicely appointed home with central heating and spa. We stayed during winter and ski’d Cardrona over the week. Good location, 6-10 minutes drive to most ammenities ie supermarkets, restaurants and lake.
