Welcome to the Corner Condo in BV! This unit is newly remodeled, freshly updated, and close to everything! It is located just one block off of charming Main Street and three blocks from the Arkansas River, but that's just in town! To the west are the Collegiate Peaks, the Chalk Cliffs, and hundreds of miles of hiking!
The condo has a two bedroom, one bath floor plan with a spacious kitchen and large windows from which one can see mountains and the top of the old courthouse.
It’s a first floor unit and parking is right outside the front door - so there are no stairs to navigate. There is a queen sized bed in both bedrooms. There is also a twin mattress for a small fifth person. Feel free to bring an air mattress along if you prefer. We ask that you please let us know the exact number of people that will be staying with a maximum of 5.
The kitchen is fully stocked for your use. There’s a washer/dryer with soap in the condo at no additional charge. WiFi is available along with a streaming tv (streaming cable is available). There is a small table & chairs for your outdoor dining.

Very nice condo with everything you need. You can walk to the main street for dinner. The hiking/biking trails are also walking distance. The large public park is right there too.

Great location with walkability to Main Street. This condo has a nicely remodeled kitchen, but still has work to be done in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay, however the lack of air conditioning made hanging out during the day and sleeping at night a bit uncomfortable. The internet connection was spotty, making it impossible to watch more than 15 minutes of TV at a time without loosing connection.
