Ivana had great communication and she was very responsive. We really liked the fact that there was a parking spot and it's a 15 minute walk to the old town. Keep in mind there are a lot of stairs down and then back up again to get to the unit from the main walk way from old town. We also enjoyed the AC!

Amazing place to stay for 5 or more people. The host, Ivana, was wonderful and honestly we couldn’t have asked for more. Everything from the location, to the commodities was amazing! AC in all rooms, clean and spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen space. About the infamous stairs which everyone keeps talking about in the rest of the reviews, there is a misunderstanding, there are stairs in all the city. It’s modeled that way. Great place! I truly recommend it to everyone! 10/10!

This property is located 20 min. walk from the historic city center. The place is well designed with multiple practical solutions. It showed that they paid attention to details when designing the apartment. It had everything, even washing machine to ironing board. The kitchen was well equipped and had a dishwasher. The host greeted as in person on arrival and explained everything that we needed to know about the apartment. The air conditioners are strong, which can be an advantage in the summer heat.
The only thing we missed was bowls for muezli, but we could live without that. The owner warned us that the parking space was small. The space itself is not the challenge, but getting in and out of the place is tricky. Make sure you rent a small car if you arrive by air and stay here. Instead of renting a car one may use public transit instead. There is not much use of a car in Dubrovnik.

The location was great, the apartment was beautiful and clean, and Ivana was so nice!!!
The only con was the hot water in the showers didn’t work that well
