Dubrovnik Seaview apartment 10 min to the Old Town

The location is wonderful. Overlooking the sea and walking distance to the old city. Felt very special, and part of the history.

I loved the patio and the view. The bedrooms were great and air conditioned. I loved that there was laundry soap available and a drying rack. It was great that there was an extra set of keys. And we really appreciated the food and drinks in the fridge. And the coffee machine in the outside kitchen!

My family stayed for 4 nights at this excellent apartment and we were beyond satisfied in every way, from the location, to the very clean, very comfortable touches of the owner Ivanka who took pride in making the apartment feel like an enchanted home away from home for us with various special accents like snacks awaiting us in the fridge, soaps, shampoos, and moisturizers for showering and laundry pods, coffee capsules, a kitchen stocked with whatever cooking gear you need and Ivanka is excellent with communication on everything from arrival, our stay and departure, tips on where to eat and what to see & other great suggestions & really anything she can suggest to help your stay in Dubrovnik be an awesome one. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room spaces were perfect and quite roomy and comfy with tall ceilings and vintage touches & the beautiful, spacious outdoor balcony overlooking the walkway along the sea cliff with plenty of space for dining al-fresco (along with a kitchenette & all the needed cooking gear both outside & inside) & the classic/vintage - yet modern - and perfectly functional amenities. The location was great..to have the old town in your backyard essentially meant we were there daily and also enjoying late afternoon swims at the swimming area down the steps en route to Bellevue beach. We would love to stay at Ivanka’s apartment again in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend the apartment!!!

The villa apartment was spacious, spotless, and filled with old world charm. The rose gardens and patio are so beautiful with that sea view.

The host was clear that there are some steps from the entry to the house but they are manageable.
