This bright and spacious three-bedroom home is located in the desirable Knowles Heights section of North Truro. The home sits on a nice lot with natural landscaping and mature plantings.
The open living and dining room shares a cathedral ceiling with exposed beams and ceiling fans. Large windows and the door to the deck let in plenty of sunlight. The living room has comfortable seating and a television. The well-equipped kitchen off the dining room has Bosch appliances and a slider to the large deck where you can lounge, dine out and relax.
All of the home's three bedrooms are on the first floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub and shower. There is a second full bathroom on the first floor with shower only.

Wash off the sand from a day at the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy a night under the stars around the fire pit.

Bonus: bring your boat on vacation--there is a separate driveway to accommodate your boat and trailer during your stay. This home is also pet-friendly (dogs only).
The property comes with access to an association beach on Cape Cod Bay. The footpath leading to the association beach stairs is approximately 100 yards away.
Short drive to wonderful Truro restaurants, Cape Cod National Seashore sites of interest and beaches, Highland Lighthouse, Highland Links Golf Course, Truro Vineyards, Payomet Performing Arts Center and all Provincetown has to offer including shopping, dining, nightlife, whale watches, ferry service and fishing charters.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

This is a lovely home. It is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with all of the important supplies for cooking. The walk to the beach is very easy. AC is available in all rooms, if needed. I highly recommend this home.

We loved the house. Perfect size for our family. Very clean. The yard was a bit overgrown and weeds and shrubs not trimmed around the house. Hard to walk on path to hammocks and outside shower

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home! The deck was wonderful for morning coffee or dinner and relaxing in the evening!
The area was so peaceful! At times all we could hear were the birds and the waves in the bay!
The location was great-just minutes from beaches and Provincetown!
The kids loved playing ping pong (actually the adults did too!😉)! They loved how close it was to the bay beach!!
Everything about this home made it a perfect get away for our family! Thank you!
