About this house rental
Built in the 1930's, this quintessential waterfront cottage with spectacular views and sunsets has been fully updated while maintaining all the charm and feeling of a true beach hideaway. The house has water views from virtually every window in the house: one side of the Bay and the other of the huge dunes surrounding Pilgrim Lake.
The previous owners did a wonderful job carefully restoring it to the original wood walls, ceilings and floors, sunny open rooms, but with brand new bathrooms, Weber gas grill, and a new well stocked kitchen. It will sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, outdoor shower, and an open living room with wood burning brick fireplace. There is one bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor where you will find a second full bath. All bedrooms face the water and have wonderful views of Cape Cod Bay.
If you are looking for the convenience and activity of Provincetown, but want the tranquility of being on a private beach this is the right house for you. The house is located just over the Provincetown border in the Beach Point area of North Truro and the Provincetown bus shuttle is available at the end of the driveway, so you can avoid all the hassles of parking in Provincetown. Pet friendly- 1 pet permitted with extra cleaning fee and pet application.
It's a wonderful home to enjoy upon which you will look back on fondly.

House was roomy and homey. Matt was very attentive to responding to any correspondence. The property is gorgeous right on the beach! Matt was an absolute delight to deal with throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend!

We were looking for a place on the Cape that would be a weekend getaway: far enough away from the main population centers to enjoy the peace and calm of the ocean, yet close enough for restaurants and activities. This was perfect. The hosts have an immaculate home, that was warm, cozy, and inviting - with a beautiful deck and access to the beach. Sunsets from the seating the provide are an amazing sight to behold. Thank you!!
