This stunning Cape-style house is just steps to Cold Storage Beach on Cape Cod Bay.

A significant renovation of the main house was recently completed. With four bedrooms (three in the main house and one in the apartment), this lovely property sleeps eight.
MAIN HOUSE
Enter a fully-renovated kitchen with all new cabinetry, flooring and appliances. The kitchen opens to a dining area with large table and a beautiful, renovated family with slider to a new deck. The family has comfortable seating and a flat screen smart TV with cable (YouTube TV provided by owner, stream additional content with your own accounts). Just off the dining area is the living room at the front of the house--the ideal spot to curl up with a book. Beyond the living room, on the other side of the staircase, is a bedroom with two twin beds. A fully-renovated bathroom with custom tiled shower and a separate laundry room with washer/dryer and sink is accessed by a hall connecting the bedroom and kitchen.
The other two bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has a king bed and a door leading to the second floor deck with gorgeous bay views and sunsets. The other bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs with YouTube TV and views of the bay. There is also a brand new bathroom with double sink and custom shower/tub.
This stunning home features lovely finishes and fixtures, central air conditioning and hardwood floors throughout (tile in the bathrooms).
The first floor deck off the family room has a gas grill and outdoor table with chairs. The second floor deck (access from the second floor bedroom and an exterior staircase) has comfortable outdoor seating and amazing water views and sunsets. There is an enclosed outdoor shower beneath the second floor deck exterior stairs.
Head up the property to the gorgeous bluestone patio. Relax on the patio with Adirondack chairs and enjoy bay views during the day, amazing sunsets and sparkling views of Provincetown at night.
APARTMENT
A detached, second floor studio apartment with water views serves as the fourth bedroom. This nicely-appointed space has a queen bed, sofa, kitchen, full bathroom with tub/shower, flat screen smart TV with cable (owner provides YouTube TV, stream additional content with your own accounts), WiFi and a ductless split A/C unit. There is also a deck with a table and chairs and wonderful views of Cape Cod Bay.
The main house and apartment above the garage (not for tenant use) are situated on a beautiful professionally landscaped lot dotted with mature plantings, bright flowers and gorgeous hydrangeas.
Access to Cold Storage Beach is via Bay View Road to Pond Road (approximately 0.3 mi). Sunbathe, swim and lounge at the beach. Don't miss the glorious sunsets from this special spot on Cape Cod Bay.
Short ride to the breathtaking ocean beaches of the Cape Cod National Seashore, Highland Lighthouse, Highland Links Golf Course, Truro Vineyards, Payomet Performing Arts Center and Provincetown with its shops, restaurants, galleries, live entertainment, whale watch excursions and much more.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

- Proximity to ocean, incredible views. Many outdoor seating locations, beautiful, clean. Renovations, studio a definite plus. House very well stocked, fresh and clean. We would def rent again next summer.

We enjoyed our visit. The two separate units are unique. The view of the ocean from the studio is delightful. The main house needs a dishwasher.

The online listing is one of the most accurate I have ever seen. Everything was as depicted. If anything the garage apartment felt more spacious than it appeared online. The property was very, very clean. The K-G property management team could not have been more pleasant or responsive. The expectations and checkout requirements were clearly stated. It was great to be close to P-town, Wellfleet, and the National Seashore. Cold Storage Beach was great for walking, and never crowded when we stayed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils, as well as wraps and garbage bags, etc. The only thing we had to buy was food. All in all, a great experience. I would stay here again!
