About this house rental

Price includes discount for excise/occupancy tax for your stay. Private, tranquil, and perfect for discerning renters looking for a piece of paradise on the Outer Cape. One pet allowed with prior approval (gated yard).
Ask me about flexible start/end dates. Ask me how you can eliminate cleaning and pet fee. Note: Book your stay for 7 days only.
Close to the bay and ocean beaches. Ten minute car ride to Ptown; better yet, walk to the corner and catch the bus that goes to McMillan Wharf. But you may not want to leave the backyard with built-in pool. Central A/C. Outdoor shower. Beds are made for you upon arrival. Towels, beach towels, beach chairs, 4 bicycles, 2 kayaks (with paddles and life vests). Foosball, Corn hole, table tennis, outdoor furniture, gas grill. Pool noodles. New chef's kitchen. This is a private home that is rented only two weeks a year.
Note: yard is sprayed for ticks (which also controls the mosquitoes).
