We had a great time!

Spacious, plenty of parking space, very comfortable for two people. The hosts are very nice and friendly. The location was convenient for us because we could get to the beaches outside the city very fast without having to go through traffic. We could get into the city by car, but we also went by taxi and it was ok.

Not the fault of the owners, but a word of caution for future visitors. The beaches inside Kavala are not very nice, the ones outside the city are much better and are worth the visit.

There were cockroaches in the Appartement, we found about three to five of them every evening. The landlady affirmed it was the first time.

We just left the villa. Everything was perfect. It was clean, it has all you need for the perfect vacation. The hosts are very nice and friendly people. They had fruits and beverages for us. I 100% recommend the Villa Elia! ☺️

Apartment is Located in quiet neighborhood. All facilities are well-maintained, well equipped with all you might need - hair dryer, toaster, coffee machine. The host is very polite and responsive.

Excellent services, clean room, new& modern look, like in dream house!

We liked a lot of things such as: very very quiet location& neighbour's, new furniture inside, 2 air conditioners, washing machine, good water pressure and a very comfy shower, xl bed and very good quality, all you can dream in a kitchen (from 2 coffee machines, cooking machine, all rue accesories). We received from the host fresh fruits, water, juices, coffee selections). Very spacious rooms (living, bathroom and bedroom). Everything is new and selected with a very good tastd, quality as if were choosen for itself use. We felt very good for 5 days and the location os very close to a Lidl supermarket, for beach and restaurants we took the car for 10 mins or even less).

Perfect place for a relaxing family vacation

The villa is on the top of a hill, very quiet place and perfect view of Kavala. The appartment is extremly clean, lovely decorated and the kitchen has all the necessary. Mrs Olga is the perfect host, very kind and always willing to do her best for the guest to have a good time and accomodation. She waited for us with fresh fruits and other treats. We highly recommend the place!

Best stay in Kavala

The host was very kind and thoughtful. Everything was as presented in the pictures, even better. The location is very good as you have shops nearby and access to the beach is quite easy either by foot or by car. The area is not crowded and by night you have a really nice view of the city. We did not miss anything as the accomodation has everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, towels, washing machine as per the description of the accommodation. The host was very kind to us and had some small pleasant surprises for us during our stay. Thank you for everything Olga, hope to see you again soon!

Excellent

The apartment is at the outskirts of the city witch was very good for us because it was very quiet. From there u can get to the center of the city in 10 min by car. The location is a few hundred meters from the beach and u can easily go to over beaches if u have a car. From the terrace of the apartment u have a beautiful view of the city and the castel and in the morning u hear the oner's birds singing witch is just wonderful. You have access to the yard were u can find a little childrens play area and they have a refrigerator outside with drinks and water. The oner's are great and they gave us little trits sometimes like watermelon and pancakes. The apartment has everything u need to stay for more than 2 weeks. They have a washing machine, iron, AC and everything u need in the kitchen. Everything was great and if we come back to Kavala, we will definitely stay here again.

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε ήσυχη συνοικία λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο (με αυτοκίνητο), με επαρκή χώρο για στάθμευση στον δημόσιο δρόμο. Πλησίον υπάρχει φούρνος, καφέ για take away, καθώς και s/m. Το δωμάτιο είναι καινούργιο, και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο με παροχές που καλύπτουν άνετα και επαρκώς τη διαμονή μιας οικογένειας με 2 παιδιά. Η καθαριότητα είναι σε πολύ υψηλά επίπεδα. Το προσωπικό του δωματίου ευγενικό και άμεσο σε ότι ζητήθηκε. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα.
