Farm with access by Fernão Dias, total area of 24. 000m bordered by the river Jundiaí and Mata Atlântica, 7. 000m of free area. Parking of vehicles. The outside has swimming pool, garden, woods and orchard. . Lower floor: kitchen, 2 bathrooms and balcony with barbecue integrated to the pool. Uma área externa excelente, conforme o anunciado. A casa tem todos utensílios necessário na cozinha. Apenas os equipamentos e a área dos jogos, deixaram a desejar. Estavam com aspecto de abandono.

Ótimo lugar e acolhimento! Tudo no lugar e super limpo. O dono responde a tudo que precisa e fomos super bem recebidos. Não há o que falar. Tudo perfeito. Até o chuveiro que já falaram (anteriormente), tudo resolvido, nada pendente! Se for pra ir de novo, vou de olhos fechados! Continuem Assim!!! E obrigada por tudo!

Lugar de muita paz, muita natureza, anfitrião e caseiros muito solícitos. Pontos negativos: não tem sinal de celular e o Wi-Fi só funciona em cima, não funciona na área de churrasqueira/piscina. Banheiro são três só que dentro da casa só tem um e falta um pouco de estrutura, por ex box nos banheiros. A casa é simples mas muito aconchegante, área externa não deixou a desejar...
