Acomodação e localização. Fica em frente ao Parque Augusta e tinha acesso a linhas de ônibus e linha amarela do metrô.
A portaria do condomínio é muito burocrática, desantenciosa e a sistemática de acesso terrível. O acess via web às vezes não funciona e gera um tulmuto na portaria, lhe deixando vulnerável.

A administradora/Anfitrião deixa muito a desejar, demoram 2 horas ou mais para responder alguma pergunta pelo WhatsApp isso quando respondem.

O estúdio é espaçoso, muito bem localizado, a entrada no edifício é muito fácil e o atendimento da equipe é ótimo. Com certeza vou me hospedar novamente. O prédio e suas áreas comuns são ótimos!
O sofá estava um pouco sujo e remendado, faltou uma mesa no apartamento e a internet não funcionou o primeiro dia, mas o atendimento prontamente me ajudou e voltou a funcionar na manhã seguinte.
