Welcome to the São Sebastião site.
SÃO SÃO SEBASTIÃO SITE:
If you like nature that wants to spend unforgettable days, you've found the right place. Here you can have a real relationship with nature, enjoy with your friends and family.
In case you want it is also great to spend a day with friends, enjoy a barbecue, and clear paths. Note: We have ballroom.
The site is located in the district of Marmelos in the city of Mairiporã, but very close to the city of Guarulhos.
Access to the site is easier via the Guarulhos / Nazaré road (sp036). It can also be via Guarulhos / São João via Estrada Tanque Grande.
The site has 2 entrances (Main and Secondary). The main one is located in Estrada do Saboó, already at 300m the front is the second entrance, the gate is in front of Road Five Lakes with the Great Tanque Road.
There are local businesses near the property, but if a bigger purchase is necessary, we advise Comercial Esperança - São João. 13km (30min via Nazare road)
The property is 50km from the city of São Paulo.
** We offer free parking.

Kitchen equipped with: 02 refrigerators (available), stove, microwave, 02 electric ovens, blender, pots, dishes and glasses. If necessary we can provide extra utensils.
Balcony and Hall with barbecue and wood oven.
Beside the house we have besides the ballroom, a space for billiards with official snokker table and ping pong.
We welcome your pet with pleasure!
Remembering that we also have animals on the site, but all are in their proper areas.

RULES OF THE HOUSE:
We would like to welcome people who respect nature, our home and the surrounding space, so we ask you to collect the garbage, not throw cigarettes or any kind of material in the wild and do not feed the wild animals.
It is not allowed high sound of cars, use of amplifiers of sound, contracting of bands, reives, even during the day, because the farm has inhabitants in the place.
