There were some issues with communication but once that was figured out it was a great stay.

This was a beautiful condo in a very nice, secured area around a PGA golf course. It was very clean and comfortable.
We didn't get to use the jacuzzi, because the faucet was broken off, but it is on a very nice, large balcony patio off the master bedroom. Also, the shower in the master bathroom drained VERY slowly, causing the water to pool a bit, but we just used the downstairs shower, which was very nice.
Just a note that, as you cannot drink the water from the faucet (this is ALL OVER Mexico -- not unique to this property at all), all the other properties we've stayed at have come with filtered or bottled water. It would have been great to have it here, too, but it wasn't a big deal, as for 55 pesos, we got a 10-liter bottle of water from the store.
The free access noted in the property description is for the beach -- not for all the resort facilities -- nor should that be expected, as it is 800 pesos/day per person for a day pass at those resorts, so the price to rent this place would have to be much higher if that was included.
But, overall, a solid place. VERY clean. Very peaceful area. The common hot tub is just behind this condo, so it's very close but is not loud at all. The nice common pool is just a 30-second walk from the stairs.

Although the description on VRBO was entirely accurate, we were still pleasantly surprised by the beautiful space. It was a great overnight stay and we wish we had been staying longer. Amenities were good and as promised, it was comfortable, quiet, had parking, directions to the condo were very good, instructions for access were complete, just a really great place.

I love the house buh the communication with the property owner sucks. The hot tub does not work, only one shower gets hot which is the upstairs and finding food was the hardest part
