Located in the quiet, safe gated community of Puerto Aventuras in the heart of the Mayan Riviera. Our poolside condo offers 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (2 double beds, 1 California king, and a futon). There's a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, stovetop, and fridge. Washer in unit and drying rack available.
Air Conditioned, water delivery, FIBER OPTIC Wifi, and smart TV with NETFLIX app included.
Patio overlooks the quiet saltwater swimming pool. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and aquarium. Quiet location (away from the night entertainment)

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Talia. The condo was clean and cool. The salt water pool was a blessing after long hot days of exploring the area. We enjoyed walking to the beach.

Great place with awesome hosts. All of the things you might need for a 2 week stay are right there. there are AC units in each bedroom plus living room and they are all very quiet - it was quite cool while i was there, so only was running one unit during hot part of the day and worked flawlessly. The location is also very quiet - as a trade off for quietness, the restaurants are a bit of a walk, but most of them deliver straight to the door via BeSmartDelivery app. The balcony overlooking the pool was really enjoyable in the mornings. Would come back in a heartbeat!

My best friend from high school had a party at the beach Saturday night and the short walk wasn't bad. After my hot shower I crawled into bed and slept really good because I knew I was in a safe. I can't wait to book again.

This was our 2nd time staying at this Condo. Everything is exactly as advertised. Janice & Marcela are awesome hosts! We will definitely be back!
