Rustic Finca of Mallorquin character for 8 people in Santany, families welcome.
This beautiful renovated town house is just 600 meters from the town of Santany and near its coasts and beaches, such as Cala D'or, Cala Ferrera or Porto Petro.
The house is 250 square meters and the exterior covers 11 square meters.
It has a lovely dining room with table and chairs for 8 people, seating area with sofa, satellite TV and wifi connection, traditional Mallorcan fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, four double bedrooms with fans for summer and central heating for the winter months.

In total it has 3 full bathrooms plus a separate toilet. For babie there is a foldable travel baby bed and high chair.
Outside there is a BBQ area, with terrace tables and chairs. From the terrace and the pool area you can enjoy the open views to the town of Santany and partial sea views.
We recommend hiring a car to explore the rest of the island.

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.
The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.

The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old (with or without children).
In case you have a HOTMAIL account and after 12 hours you do not have received any answer, please check your SPAM-file.
Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.
