Beautiful country house for 8 in very peaceful surroundings near S'Horta. Finca Salamba is a traditional farmhouse with modern fittings and furnishings. It offers very accommodating interiors and lush gardens with a nice pool.
Finca Salamba is setz on a large plot of land in the middle of the most beautiful countryside and at only 2,9 kilometres distance of the charming village Calonge. This village offers some nice restaurants, local bars and some grocery stores for the daily shopping. The Vall d'Or golf course and the beautiful beaches of the South East coast are in a short driving distance.
Finca Salamba is a beautiful country home which has been renovated from scratch. Dating back to the 19th century, the house combines the classic appeal of a Mallorcan farm house with modern amenities to perfection. Details such as unrendered stone walls and high ceilings with wooden beams are in harmony with comortable and modern furnishings and fittings. The ground floor includes a living room with fireplace, open-plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a large wooden table and two bedrooms en-suite. The master bedroom is off the kitchen and offers a bathroom with shower en-suite. On the other side of the house is a twin bedroom, also with shower room en-suite. Close to the entrance is a guest toilet. The upper floor has a bedroom with double bed and one twin bedroom with views of the pool and the countryside. These bedrooms are sharing one bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.
Finca Salamba has lush gardens and a very nice pool area, which are perfect for relaxing days in the sun. There is a nice shaded terrace overlooking the pool with a dining table and brick-built BBQ. Sun beds and sun shades are provided.
Children are welcome, a baby cot and a high chair are available on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
