This finca is located on the outskirts of a small, traditional Majorcan town in a quiet area and only 4 km of beautiful pristine beaches.
This spectacular country house consists of over 300 m² living space on three floors with a capacity for 10 people. The house has 5 bedrooms, spacious kitchen, living room, spacious living room.
On the ground floor, a spacious hall with access to other floors, a spacious living room with sofa, TV 52-inch plasma, satellite, DVD, stereo, piano, fireplace ..., dining room with a table for 10 people, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher ..., laundry (washing machine, frogona, broom ...), a bathroom with shower and toilet, two bathrooms with toilet, bathtub vide ... (one of which is ensuite and has jacuzzi), three rooms:
- One with two single beds 90 cm wide by 2.00 m long.
- One with a double bed 2.00m x 1.50m.
- And the other (which has the en suite bathroom and dressing room), has a double bed 1.80mx 2.00m.
Encontrabos Upstairs two spacious bedrooms, one with two beds of 90 cm x 2.00 m and another room with a bed of 1.50mx 2.00m, a bathroom with bath, wc, vide ... and 3 terraces.
On the second floor, find a gym balcony with stationary bike, weights ... which has lovely views.
All rooms of the house and they pose cabinets vented to the outside (except gym-viewpoint).
Outside there is also a lovely barbecue beside the pool, fully equipped with cutlery, dishes, dishwasher, sofas, bar, fridge, grill, wood oven, sink, satellite plasma TV (52 inches) ... . and a bathroom with shower, wc ...
Besides having a spectacular roof terrace around the house with barbecue, private pool, beautiful garden, the farm has 5000 square feet of property.
The house has free WIFI for guests, music and central heating (10h/dia) the winter months, around the house. The wifi and background music are also available in the pool and barbecue.
Just 4 km we find various leisure activities such as diving, golf, shopping ... also enjoy the wonderful views of the marina of Cala D'or, the marina of Porto Colom ...

We had such a lovely stay in the villa! We've stayed for a week with 6 adults and 1 10 year old child. Beautiful, very clean place, with a kind host who took the time to explain where to go for diner, beach etc. We could not have wished for anything better that this!

Wir sind 6 Frauen aus Berlin und wollten eine Woche auf Mallorca singen und fanden diese wunderschöne Finca , in der es zu unserem Glück auch einen Flügel gab. Wir waren begeistert von der Athmosphäre, die dieses Haus verbreitet. Es ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet mit alten Holzmöbeln, es gibt überall gemütliche Sitzecken, auch an den Esstischen ist genügend Platz. Wir haben viel Spaß gehabt, am Kamin gesessen, Musik gemacht, gekocht und das schöne Barbecuehaus am Pool genossen. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Aus allen Fenster hat man einen traumhaften Blick ins Grüne. Es gab nur zwei kleine Nachteile: Das Wasser und die Heizung. Der Wasserdruck ist sehr schwach, so dass man immer nur hintereinander duschen kann. Auch war es nachts schon ziemlich kalt , so dass wir uns warm anziehen mussten. Aber das hat unsere Begeisterung für die Villa nicht getrübt. Wenn wir Hilfe brauchten, waren die netten Besitzer immer zu erreichen.
In der Umgebung gibt es viele wunderschöne Strände, die mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen sind. Erwähnenswert: Cala Mondrago.
Gutes Brot gibt es im Tante Emma Laden in S'Alqueria Blanca.
Tolle Restaurants: Port Petit am Jachthafen und Cas Solleric in Felanitx.
Einkaufen kann man gut bei Eroski in Cala D'Or, dort gibt es auch Fisch und preiswertes Holz für den Kamin.

Ein perfekter Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Finca!
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war schon von Deutschland aus sehr gut; gute Anreise - durch wunderschöne Landschaft - dank guter Wegbeschreibung. Vor Ort fanden wir dann alles genau so schön vor, wie es die Fotos beschrieben haben. Der riesige Pool könnte auch in einer Hotelanlage liegen. Das Barbecue im Poolhaus war ein tolles Ereignis. Auch dort alles komplett ausgestattet, mit eigenem Geschirr und Spülmaschine im Poolhaus. Auch die Ausstattung der Finca läßt nichts vermissen.
Die großen Kinder haben WLAN (in Haus und am Pool), die Kleinen den Garten genossen. Durch die Anordnung der Schlafzimmer auf zwei Ebenen stört man sich auch nicht, wenn ein Teil der Familie früh aufsteht.
Mietwagen ist Voraussetzung für Einkäufe, morgens 3 min zum Bäcker oder kleinem Spar-Markt in S'Horta, Großeinkäufe 5 min im Eroski-Supermarkt in Cala D'Or; an der dortigen Tankstelle wird auch Holz für die Kamine verkauft. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca 10 min auch an der Cala Sanau, einer wunderbaren, natürlichen Badebucht.
Die Vermieter sind bei Fragen gerne hilfreich zur Stelle. Ein perfektes Haus für Urlaub mit der Großfamilie oder mit Freunden. Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
