So peaceful and a very good location without being to far from Santanyi and all of the beaches were 10-20 mins away

Not a lot but I’d say our room layout was weird and because of where we were we couldn’t open windows and have views out because people could see in if they were walking past. I’m a bit of a fresh air freak and like to open windows and doors but that’s just personal preference not a complaint.

We selected Finca Son Marimon based on the photos and positive reviews. We had the “Double room with yard view.” But, we were very disappointed with the location. In our opinion, the finca could use an upgrade, as it is quite outdated. The parking is nothing more than a sandbox; it could be neatly tiled, which would give a completely different impression upon arrival. Our room was a dark cave with one small window. (For the photos on the website and booking.com, all the lights were turned on...). There were water stains on the old sofa, the electricity comes from the wall, and there was a burn mark on the furniture. The mattress topper on the bed sweats profusely and the room smelled musty. Our advice to others: never book this room! We don't understand how the owners dare to list this room on Booking.com for so much money. The quality is really substandard. Perhaps the other rooms on the finca are better and have been modernized, but we can't comment on that. We also think that the owner need to improve its communication about the breakfast: what may guests expect from the kitchen facilities and breakfast services. Guests now have to prepare their own breakfast from the leftovers in the kitchen. We left one day earlier because this place did not meet our holiday expectations.
