Villa Ammos is one of the three villas of Cedar Bay Beachside Villas complex that lie on the coast between the White Mountains and the Libyan Sea, between two virgin beaches on the Grammeno peninsula, under the bluest skies and amongst rare cedar trees. The villas are found in a 7-acre private area, located at the southwest end of Crete, part of Chania’s prefecture and a mere 5’ drive from the popular tourist destination of Paleochora.
Villa Ammos is a two-storey, stone, detached villa with a private swimming pool built as close to the sea as one could ever wish for.
This luxury villa is fully- equipped with high-quality amenities and appliances to accommodate all your individual needs, making it an unforgettable stay in this remote and unique part of southwest Crete.
On the ground floor, the villa consists of an elegant living area with two sofas, a coffee table, a modern pellet stove, wi-fi and multi-media equipment. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats four adults and leads to an open-plan contemporary kitchen with modern appliances that enable you to prepare home-cooked meals. The ground floor finishes off with a fully-equipped modern bathroom.
The upper floor of Villa Ammos consists of a spacious double bedroom, with stylish bed linens, designers’ artefacts and generous wardrobe space. The bedroom is complemented by its en-suite bathroom that follows the wonderful aesthetics of the rest of the villa. Ending our tour on this level, the bedroom’s door leads to a private terrace with stunning beach views, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a romantic evening aperitif while watching the flaming sunsets.
The villa is equipped with a ceiling fan in the bedroom and two air conditioning units which are used for both cooling and heating. During the winter, guests can also use the pellet stove in the main living area, which heats both the bedrooms and the ground floor.
The exterior of this private, exclusive villa is as appealing as the interior. The villa features a private 32 m² swimming pool with complementary designer wooden sun loungers, a shaded private veranda, and an outdoor sitting area, ideal for dining, writing, or simply absorbing the beauty of the surrounding environment. Alternatively, our guests may use another set of private sunbeds on the beach, and be served snacks and refreshments from the beach bar (summer season only).
