Villa Harmmony is Keramoti villas' latest construction. Just finished on the summer of 2018.
Its luxury and elegance are up to the high quality standards of construction and design to which Keramoti Villas is commited.
Villa Harmony takes its name from the ancient greek mythology, the godess of beauty. This very comfortable villa is located in a quite and tranquil area where nature surrounds it and it feels like being in the wilderness.
As an extra bonus, every evening, just in front of the villa, the sun melts into the sea splashing unbelievable colors through the horizon. A unique experience for those special vacations.
Villa Harmony has been carefully designed to reflect the character of the local landscape and Architecture. We used local natural stone for its construction, just like our other villas, trying to preserve a natural earthly image amongst the beautiful natural landscape. The yard is spacious and gives the impression of total freedom, not being caged from any sides but still holds tight the privacy of the villa from the surroundings. Wood tiles used for the ceilings and floors respectively reflect a tranquil and harmonious aesthetic throughout the villa. Function and comfort combined with elegance and luxury are the dominating themes which we tried to express and bring to realization. The careful planning of the interior space ensures a gratifying experience of comfort and enjoyment while bringing the outdoor beauty in the villa through the large glass sliding doors. The refreshing feeling of the pool just in front of the villa enhances the experience of luxury, while its infinity design blends the elements with the landscape. And of course the very special position where we are situated supports the effects of tranquillity and peacefulness, the enjoyment of nature s wild beauty and the unbelievable breathtaking sea and sunset views.
Villa Harmony is a beautiful two bedroom villa built with natural local stone, natural clay tiles, and wood trunks expressing a natural and tranquil feeling throughout its design.The large sliding glass doors just in front of the living space open up to the spacious swimming pool just in front, bringing the outside beauty in your living room. The outdoor pergola was designed as an outdoor entertainment area with magnificent sea views and as a functional space to move in and out with ease. The open plan living and dinning space reflect comfort and elegance in its choice of furniture and decorative design which integrates harmoniously with the kitchen area. The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped with all quality amenities for a really pleasurable cooking experience. On either side of this central living space the two bedrooms are positioned offering individual privacy as well as ease of access. The bedrooms reflect elegant and luxurious aesthetics, while emphasizing the elements of comfort, privacy and functionality. The bedroom with the double bed has an en suite bathroom with an open space jet powered shower bath protected with a privacy curtain and the one with the two single beds, has a bathroom with shower. The introduction of green through the lush lawn and garden terraces adds another spark of color to the overall composition of natural materials.Last but not least, the villas spacious infinity swimming pool is simply that special highlight of the wonderful experience this accommodation generously offers.

Excellent villa, location and facilities to set up a relaxing holiday. The villa is remote - with only a handful of other villas nearby without being too close - but this also allows for breathtaking and uninterrupted views across the Mediterranean and wonderful sunsets each and every night. The villa is clean, spacious and has everything you need. The aircon works really well, the covered terrace good protection from sun and wind and the pool is big and brilliant for families.Some specifics people might find helpful:1. Car: everywhere is a drive away which is no problem but the roads are mountainous and the final approach to the villa on a rugged, gravel track. You don't need a 4x4, but hire a car with a decent bit of power in it.2. Google Maps: don't just accept it gives you the quickest route! It doesn't always give you the coastal road route as an option and will take you through the mountain roads. You don't need to do this. For example, if you're heading to Elafonisi beach a good tip is to 'add a stop' at Laura beach and that will overide any default via the mountains. 3. Best Tavernas: Gialites in nearby Livadia (12 mins drive) running a rustic, friendly taverna with the menu updated daily on blackboards. They also sell their own pottery. Also, go up the mountain to Kampos and head to Taverna West - great food and live music on Wednesdays. Avoid Taverna Stomio.4. The wind: it can be breezy and this is normal. Just go with it!

We had the most wonderful stay. The villa was clean and the area was remote and so quiet. The staff brought us two lots of shopping from the supermarket which helped us relax.It is a mountainous drive to get to the villa but it is worth it! A sunset over the ocean every night. A short drive to The West taverna for dinner- highly recommend the food and service.Mario was easy to contact from the villa and attended to anything we needed.Highly recommend!

We had a great week here to get away from our busy lives. We wanted to get away from people and enjoys sun and views. It certainly delivered.The most fantastic sunsets every night and the villa is positioned perfectly. Great taverna Stomio about 15 minutes drive away. Beaches: 1- walk down from the villa in shoes, not flip flops. Large pebble beach. Nobody there , and great swimming with crystal clear water. 2-Elafonisi, go after 3pm when the coaches leave with the day trippers. It’s 5 to park the car. 3 - Kedrodasos. It’s really lovely and not busy. A locals beach. Park near the shop at the top as there aren’t any shops or bars there. Don’t park in the car park as there are large rocks which could damage the underside of a small rental car. Wear trainers to go down as it’s a walk down a rocky river bed to the beach, but it is worth it.

The villa was all what we expected: clean, beautiful, private, everything included. A fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms with plenty of space, both equipped with a shower and one of them with a bath. The villa is situated perfectly at approximately 90 meters above sealevel, which provides a fantastic view to the entire southwest of the Mediterranean Sea. The terras provides shelter for both sun and wind, and also has enough space to accommodate for sunbathing The sunsets are spectacular. The pool was not heated, but even in May it was warmed by the sun.
