This deluxe 160 square meters sea view apartment is located in the very center of Benalmadena, in Puerto Marina.
Car is not necessary as you are in 3 minutes walk from the center of touristic and night life of the city. Dozens of restaurants, bars, cafes, discos, several supermarkets and a shopping center are in a walking distance.
Beautiful sandy beaches are in five minutes walk.
The apartment has been recently renovated with high quality materials in a modern style.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-storey building.
The total area is 160 sq.m. There are 3 large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. There is a double bed in one of the bedrooms, two single beds in the second bedroom. There are a double bed and an extendible sofa (for 2 persons) in the third bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances – modern air-conditioning system, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, IP multilingual television.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, kitchen appliances.
The guests will be welcomed with a bottle of wine. We can also recommend restaurants and sightseeing.

Visited here with friends for a long weekend. Apartment was spacious and clean. Very modern and ideal location as only walking distance to the beach, marina, supermarket etc. Would visit again. Thank you
