Car is not necessary as you are in 3 minutes walk from the center of touristic and night life of the city. Dozens of restaurants, bars, cafes, discos, several supermarkets and a shopping center are in a walking distance.
Beautiful sandy beaches are in five minutes walk.

The total area is 160 sq.m. There are 3 large bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. There is a double bed in one of the bedrooms, two single beds in the second bedroom. There are a double bed and an extendible sofa (for 2 persons) in the third bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment.
