Staff were very kind to let us make an early check in due to rain when we came over on a motorcycle. Thanks! It allowed us to relax in the room until the rain was over and enjoy the rest of the day. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable.

Nice villa and room, parking not far from the building.

The blinder for the roof window did not work properly, you have to use duck tape to make it shut. And it does not hold well, as in the very early morning it would just release the blinder and it would roll letting all sunlight right into the face.

Our welcome to the property really set this place apart. We had flown from Portugal to Amsterdam leaving at 3am and arriving at 1pm, so we weren’t looking our best! On arrival the staff asked us how our trip was and offered us a drink, it might sound simple but it really isn’t common these days. The room was good, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful. Bus stop right outside the property into the city

The location is really nice. A short walk through a park to the train station. local amenities like shops are near by. The room itself is really nice, good standard of decoration, coffee machine, kettle etc. all very good

We had a few issues. Firstly the check in process didnt work. The staff were excellent and arranged for keys to be put in a lockable box. This was all communicated through the booking.com app. So in a bad situation, the staff were great. The bathroom flooded. The drains were not clear and when having a shower, it filled higher than the step, this then flooded the bathroom and the flooring. I was staying with my son, the bed was huge which was great. That said, we slept awfully on the first night, constantly itching. When we woke, there was over 30 insect bites on my son. It was awful. I reached out to the team, again, the staff were really supportive and the second night was much better and had a good nights sleep, but... we shouldn't have to complain to get the room cleaned properly in the first place.
