    I had a really good stay at XO Hotels Park West. The location is very convenient. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Sloterdijk Station, and Tram 19 stops right outside the hotel, making it easy to get around Amsterdam. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I sprained my ankle during my trip and had to ask for ice several times, and they were always accommodating and happy to help. I really appreciated their kindness. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also liked that the room had a smart TV, so I could watch YouTube and log into my Netflix account to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable place with excellent transport connections and genuinely welcoming staff.

    The hotel is so much better than expected and the room sizes are pretty good. The connectivity is excellent as there is a Tram stop right outside.

    This property offered great value with excellent cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and well maintained facilities with a microwave in the lobby that enhance the overall experience. The location is quite convenient with train to town right in front of the hotel and various local eateries within walking distance. The room is soundproof ensuring restful sleep and WiFi is eekyable

    If you are looking to have a professional welcome with good customer service, THIS HOTEL DEFINITELY NOT FOR YOU. The guy the checked me in was RUDE, DISMISSIVE and FLIPPANT. He kept treating me like I had done something wrong. Even a simple question about the location of the hotel restaurant was replied to with a rude and annoyed attitude. Yeah then the answer- no restaurant only breakfast, he didn’t offer to point me in the direction of where I could find a restaurant or if I had other questions, he responded while walking away from me leaving me confused. I had been traveling for 21 hours. I was tired and hungry and it seemed like I was at a hotel for people who eat only breakfast. I quietly packed my things and left. I was so upset that I actually left without bothering to ask for a refund. They were TERRIBLE when I had done nothing wrong, imagine what it would be like if I was asking for my money to leave. I was too exhausted The last and funny part is that the car that came to pick me wasn’t surprised. He said he had heard about the staffs BAD ATTITUDE. What a shame because the hotel itself was nice and clean
