Magnificent sea view lodge

The caravan was well located and pretty nice. .

The beds in the small bedroom were really bad and collapsed, but it just had them changed it from another caravan quickly

The site was peaceful even though very busy. We didn't use the facilities but there seemed to be plenty of things going on.

The lodge was great and had everything we needed for our stay and more. It was also right next to the facilities which was great for us and our toddler. The host Paula has obviously put a lot of thought into ensuring the lodge has all you need to make your stay enjoyable. I would definitely book again in the future!

Had the porch it was spacious.

Wasn't clean, stains, no wifi. Self check in. Won't give back my disabled daughter her deposit back, apparently stains raspberry. My daughter doesn't drink anything this colour or eats raspberry or strawberry or blueberries. Doesn't get felt time pens. Apparently on the sink as well.. paula said she would send photos but still no photos. I've asked several times. No reply. These might be able to washable with treatment.? But the staff that went with my daughter also said those stains were there. The price for weekend not great knowing after paying for caravan just found out that we had to buy the entertainment pass . So overall the price was quite expensive . Won't go private again either. Just read up on reviews and I will take extra care especially this being my daughters money. I have raised this with Booking.com. and now wondering if anyone else has had the same experience? Was expecting a good sea view but only a bit.
