It was in a nice enough area and convenient to travel into Edinburgh…
It was in need of a refurb as it was a bit tired to say the least…

The caravan has everything for accommodation and comfortable living

Good value for money. Great for a base to explore the East Coast of Scotland. The caravan is located on a quiet part of the site.
Although the beds were very comfortable, the sofa bed in the livingroom could do with an upgrade. We only used it as a sofa, and it wasn't the most comfortable!

The caravan was cozy and warm, which was important at this time of year. The location was peaceful, perfect for relaxing after exploring nearby Edinburgh, and close to the sea – great for walks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In summer, it must be beautiful there.

The restaurant on site was fantastic but nearer the end of the stay, u couldn’t book a table in the afternoon for tea/dinner
The caravan was disgusting 🤢… it sure as hell wasn’t cleaned properly as with working in housekeeping myself in 4-5 star luxury lodges & to walk in to a caravan…. Wow cobwebs everywhere also had gut the kitchen from cutlery to the glasses, shower was dangerous with having to work 2 taps, sofa bed was broken, the only thing that was clean was the shower room & toilet room.

The place that was the caravan (by the sea) was nice and quiet.
We arrived at caravan, that was booked for 2 days (4 persons), around 20:00 after 11hours of driving.
When we open the door, was very cold but the most important was the bad smell inside. Especially at the sofa in the living room the smell was awful (like someone very sweat and dirty, lay on the sofa). I don't know when it was the last time that the pillow cases from sofa was washed but the smell was strong and the marks was visible. I open the bed from the sofa to check if the smell was from the mattress or only from the pillows but it was both.
It was some marks on the carpet and when I try to light up the fireplace, I didn't find any user manual who to do it (under the TV, it was some papers but nothing to do with manuals about the Boiler or the fire place).
I open the cupboard (next to the entrance), to hang my jacket and I found a big plastic bag with a terrible smell. When I open the bag, I found a pair of working boots and some trousers.
With a first look, everything was arranged (at all beds was clean towels for the body but not for the face) but:
A). At the room with the 2 single beds, over the selves was very dirty and was a box with something unidentified inside (probably to put a perfume inside to smell the room nice). Also, the bed sheets was still wet.
B). At the shower, it was the same box with another 2 gel perfumes (the one was old and dry and the other looks new).
If someone is asthmatic or has some allergies, these perfumes are very dangerous. To smell a place nice, keep it clean, don't put extra perfumes to "cover" the true status.
There are a lot of other thinks but unfortunately (remote controls with no batteries or not working or wrong remotes for the TV's we had, etc), I can't put all the details here (there is limit of the adding comments here).
We left the next day, very early in the morning and when I ask my money back for the 1 day we didn't stay, the owner "offered" to give me only the 40%.

Kitchen amenities were quite good. Heating and hot water was also easily accessible. Caravan park was at a good location. Check in was also very smooth.
Quality of beds were very poor also small bedroom blankets were stinky. It was mentioned that wifi will not be provided but still that is a necessity and it should be provided. Also bathroom doors were not getting properly locked. Overall I think caravan needs to be serviced.

Well located close to Edinburgh but remote enough to not get stressed out by the city. Just a bit more than 1h by bus with regular connection day round.
The caravan wasn't cleaned properly although we even had to wait until 5 PM to get in because the cleaning personell was late. Beside this, the caravan generally left a kind of worn impression with us. Windows and door don't shut close but are partially bent. No big deal in summer, but for late and early year likely not optimal.

Nice location, clean, fully equipped caravan.
We didn't have hot water for the entire stay due to the boiler failure. Hosts tried to be helpful but didn't over any courtesy discount. We travelled with children and being able to have a hot shower is a necessity.

The property is comforting and nice and clean except the kitchen dishes. the heating is good and sufficient.
kitchen items need to be cleaned. when the gas was off it took the security forever to sort it. the key security box was jammed

Not too expensive. The caravan was in general ok. Laundry and supermarket facilities on site were great especially since we had an accident with the bed sheets and duvet.
Both of the kid's beds needed a more comfortable mattress (you could feel the springs through the matras, even a 8 year old could feel it)
When we arrived we found that only one of the remote controls had batteries in it. There were two more remote controls without. As we were not planning to watch any TV (due to visiting family) we did not see this as a bit issue. After checking out we received a rather unpleasant message from the owner of the property accusing us of stealing batteries (which we later had to pay for).

It was welcoming and clean on our arrival - everything in working order and just what we needed. We met Paula as we were checking out who was so very lovely and made sure our visit to the caravan was enjoyable and we couldn’t have asked for anything more - thank you so much, we will definitely be back xx
Nothing at all

We had a fabulous time at the super caravan! Our kids had the best holiday - we found Paula to be really helpful & friendly. The TV broke whilst we were there and Paula replaced it for us. We really couldn't have wanted for anything.
The place was cleaned to a really high standard upon arrival and we were really impressed with the en suite bedroom! Our kids loved staying in the caravan and were sad to leave!
Close to beach, loved the quiet location of the van but still within walking distance of everything. Visited north Berwick which was lovely too!
Had the best holiday here and wouldn't hesitate to return!
Thanks for a fab holiday!!
Loved everything!

It wasn’t clean, the steps to the caravan were too unsafe and broken. The door was creeping.
