I loved the fact the owner kept us up to date until we came to stay in her lovely caravan. She gave us the code for the key which was easy to use. The facilities was amazing and even had a air fryer which was a great thing to have. The beds were comfy. The travel cot was comfy for my daughter. Overall loved it and loved everything about it.
I wish I would have booked longer tbh thats the only thing I dint like.

logement très bien équipé, très confortable, draps et serviettes fournis, playstation sympa, Netflix. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire Magdalena. Bus direct vers Edimbourg très pratique.
Il n'est pas possible d'aller à la piscine pour une heure (forfait de 3 jours obligatoire, très cher à 5), c'était pourtant un argument de choix du logement.

The place was incredible. My sons thoroughly enjoyed the activities and most of all the swimming pool.
1. The staff at reception was not much helpful upon our arrival. We booked through a private owner and was told at reception we can't use the swimming pool at all upon because we were non-members and that passes were not for sale for non members during the festive period. We then drove all the way to Edinburgh to access a swimming for our sons who looked forward to a good swim. Only after contacting the owner, we were advised to sign up as a friend of the owner and use the swimming pool that way. I feel the staff at reception could have suggested this initially, instead of turning us away.
2. While going up to the slide (swimming pool) a few people who already queued were turned away and a staff member abruptly said, the slide is now closed no warning at all. It would have been better if the people who already queued could be allowed to go down- simultaneously put a notice up indicating the pool is now closed to prevent children from going up.
