Italianway Easy - Pasubio 12

I liked the location and the apartment itself. The area was quiet and chill. There were all the necessary equipments for cooking and the washing machine was a nice bonus.

I would have liked to have some brush for the floor and equipments to wash the floor. It would have been nice if the towels and sheets could have been changed during my stay. The sheets were coming dirty fast also because of the dirty floor. Finally I used a towel to clean the floor. The bed was also moving easily and made a noise.

floor wasn’t clean at all. air-conditioner was also a bit dirty.

The employee that was in charge to give us the key in the Centrale office was unkind. We were told that the office opens at 12, and came around 12:10 but the door was still shut, so we knocked and waited for the employee to open the door, said hello and introduced ourselves, while she looked very unpleasant and did not even greet us.

The location and the facilities

There was construction taking place all around the building for the duration of our stay, including outside the apartment door and window. We were surrounded by scaffolding and woken up at 7.30 on the weekdays to construction work. I have videos and photos as evidence. It's unacceptable to be renting out an apartment at that rate when construction is taking place, this should have been disclosed to us upfront. Furthermore, the pictures are a gross misrepresentation of the lighting of the apartment. The apartment is extremely dark and doesn't get any natural light (at least not when surrounded by scaffolding).
