Perched in a prime position on the west side of Looe, Harbourside 9 is a penthouse apartment offering breathtaking 180-degree views over the river and out towards Looe Bay. With a Juliet balcony in the lounge, this comfortable retreat is the perfect place to relax and watch the ever-changing maritime scene, from fishing boats and pleasure craft to paddleboarders and kayakers gliding by.The lounge, kitchen, and dining area is designed for comfort and relaxation, making the most of the spectacular views. The Juliet balcony lets in plenty of natural light, and the lounge is furnished with a Smart TV for entertainment. The dining area has a table and four chairs, ideal for enjoying meals together.The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a coffee filter machine—perfect for preparing breakfast before a day of exploring.The main bedroom features a standard double bed and ample built-in storage, creating a cosy and restful space. The second bedroom, with a single bed and built-in storage, is ideal for a child or solo traveller. A modern family bathroom completes the accommodation, featuring a bath with a mixer shower over for added convenience.Situated close to the heart of Looe, shops, cafés, and restaurants are all within a short walk, although please note the walk back up to the apartment is steep at the end.The main beach in East Looe is just a 15-minute walk, or you can take the foot ferry across the river for just £1 when the tide is in.The Hannafore area, just a 5-minute walkaway, offers a rocky beach, perfect for exploring tidal pools, as well as the Island View Café, a local favourite for a scenic bite to eat.For keen walkers, the South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep, offering breathtaking coastal views and hidden nature spots. The apartment owners, who are passionate about hiking, have provided local walking guides and resources to help you discover some of Looe’s most beautiful and lesser-known trails.Free roadside parking is available on Hannafore Road (5-10 minutes' walk away), subject to availability.Alternatively, the Millpool public car park is the same distance and offers longer-term parking options.The apartment is accessed via an uphill walkway of approximately 40 paces. We were delighted with how well the apartment was equipped for our stay with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The location and view were perfect and it was excellent value for money. We would highly recommend the apartment and would certainly stay there again.

Had a very pleasant week in this lovely very well appointed appartment with all the equipment you could possibly need. The view from the double doors was absolutely superb - worth the rent alone. All in all a great place to spend time in Looe. Very hilly though!

This was one of the best holiday rentals we have ever stayed in. On arrival it was immaculate and it has everything. There we’re drinks making facilities left for arrival which was fab after a long journey. Will be staying again!
