This was an extended stay for my colleagues traveling from overseas. Their stay was great! The unit was in excellent condition upon arrival and all our guests needs were tended do promptly and any issues were resolved post haste. The location is just a short walk to the sandy beaches of Oceanside Beach/Harbor. I would recommend this property for your vacation or business travel needs.

The unit was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. It was a plus having two bedrooms each with their own full bathroom. The walk in closet in the master bedroom provided ample storage for luggage and other large items. The kitchen was fully equipped and met all of our needs. The owners take pride in their home and Udoh was immediately responsive to any questions we had. Oceanside’s location is good for exploring So California. The beach and harbor are within minutes of walking as are many varieties of restaurants. We enjoyed our 2 month stay immensely and look forward to coming back. April 8, 2023

We stayed for a little over 5 weeks, and felt right at home. The condo is perfect for comfort, location to food, the pier, as well as the beach and other shops. You also get a lot of amenities within the Seacliff community; a great gym, pool, and community space to barbecue and hang out. Easy parking, very secure building, and great walking or biking path nearby. Udo was great at communicating, check-in was perfect, he checked in to make sure all was good, and was very responsive when there was a need. We will reflect on this stay with find memories!

We were very happy. The condo is very quiet and cozy. The neighbors are all very friendly and the apartment is excellent and very well located. We enjoy the proximity to the beach and the sunsets. John the owner, is very kind and helpful. It was an excellent experience

This condo was superbly clean! It has great amenities and the homeowners are truly caring about their home and guests. Ww had no issues parking our two vehicles and felt completely safe with all the security this building offers. The location is right off the 5 and on the bike trail in downtown Oceanside. The harbor and beach are a short walking distance. The amenities offered are top notch! Our stay there was wonderful!

Not only is this place a great stay but the owners who manage it are extremely nice people. Checked up on us and made sure all was well. I would come back anytime. Our stay was cut short and they helped us with refund which was done almost immediately. 5 star all the way here no disappointments. Thank you Udo and family!

Very comfortable, ideally located and well appointed condo, with secure parking and bike storage. Common areas are immaculate .Short walks to beaches and restaurants.Bike path adjacent to property, very convenient. Owner Udo provided thorough orientation and was very helpful and accommodating. My wife's Mother, Sister, Aunt and Cousin. came to visit from China. Our home was too small and they wanted to be close to beach. This vacation condo meet all our needs. The beach and the harbor were an easy ten minute walk. The pier was a little farther, but my 86 year young Mother-in-law walked to it a couple of times. The complex is high security with a parking space in the parking garage. While we didn't use them, we had access to a pool, hot tub, gas grills and exercise room. We found the condo to be well stocked. Besides food, we only needed to supply a rice cooker and chop sticks. We enjoyed our experience.

My wife and I enjoyed this condo very much. The unit and building are very well maintained, with lots of amenities. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The location is quite good. Easy walk to the beach, and town, the pier, and short drives to surrounding towns, markets, etc. Lot to do in Oceanside, Carlsbad. Would highly recommend this spot to others.

We came to California for an extended vacation and to visit my husband who training with the military. From the beginning, the owners were welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Their condo is in a wonderful location. Within 10 minutes in any direction, a person finds something fun to do like going to the ocean or farmers market. This was the best place for our vacation.
