Welcome to the beach! You have all the comforts of home and the beach just a short stroll away! This beautifully updated house has all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen and linens. This is a single story house with view of the ocean. This property features a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals with all the conveniences of home. The comfortable bedroom has a queen size bed in the bedroom, queen size sofa bed in the living room and 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom area. The bathroom is in the bedroom. There is a 42 inch flat screen ROKU SMART TV where you can enjoy your shows from the couch and FREE WIFI access for your internet needs. The unit is 950 sf and accommodates 6 people.
1 small dog under 15 lbs may be considered, $100 pet fee applies. Sorry no cats. Dogs must be kept on a leash and no excessive barkers please. This property is non smoking including patio and common areas. Minimum age to rent is 25. NO PARTIES and quiet time is 10pm, please be respectful of other guests and neighbors.
There is 1 assigned off-street parking in garage. Extra large trucks will not fit in this space. All other vehicles must use the paid parking on the street. Street parking is metered 6am - 6pm and $.25 per 20 minutes. Shared coin operated washer and dryer are in the garage. Shared gas BBQ grill on front patio and a private patio in the back of the house.
