About this house rental
Beautiful private house in a safe and quiet neighborhood, in a cul-de-sac and centrally located. 15 min. to the beach, 20 min. to Legoland resort, 45 min. to San Diego, Sea World, Balboa Park and museums, the San Diego Zoo, Coronado Island and Hotel Del Coronado. One and a half hours to Los Angeles and one hour to Disneyland; 5 min. to a state park and a lake, walking and bike trails nearby.
The house is well insulated and completely private with a front door entrance and two enclosed patios full of vegetation year around.
It is surrounded by shady trees and flowering plants in the patios where you can have your morning coffee, listen to the birds, and relax in the shade after a day at the beach, have your barbecue and watch your kids play.
There is a travertine natural stone tile throughout and carpet in the bedrooms, gas fireplace, high ceilings in the living room and double pane windows, central a/c if needed, fans in every room, access to a laundry room; Wi-Fi internet, two smart TVs, Netflix, DVD player, books table games, and toys.
The home is well organized and soundproofed, functional and cozy; radiates positive energy. The owner is nearby and can provide assistance upon request.
Clean sheets and towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, small kitchen appliances are provided, as well as soaps, shampoo, and paper. Guests bring their personal toiletries and other supplies for more than a day of stay. A vacuum cleaner and press iron are available.
Two parking spaces on a driveway are designated for guests.

Everything was as stated, nice quiet neighborhood, house well maintained and clean. We brought two queensland heelers, plenty of room in the back yard for them to look around and relax. We would certainly stay again.

Inside was nice, but I did not care for the ac lock box, and could not adjust it as needed. Too many spiders and spider webs outside

Dated, uncomfortable living room furniture, literally sank into the couch when seated. Day bed in the living room area. The full bed was very uncomfortable. Disappointed upon arrival to see the thermostat is remotely controlled, probably shouldn't be in business with that kind of room temp concern. Asks renters to open windows for cooler temps at night because it's a nice area. I don't care how nice it is I do NOT sleep with the windows open. When paying for rooms a person shouldn't have to request a cooler place. It was still warm even with the thermostat lowered to 76 & fans running. Odd to be asked the purpose of the visit to that area. I'm paying to stay, the reason shouldn't matter to the owner. I would not recommend this place or stay there again.
