Expansive views of the Pacific Ocean from balcony, dining, kitchen and living room. Located on the Oceanside beach in the beautiful San Miguel II condominiums. Minimum 31 night rental. Newly remodeled 1000 sq ft, two bedroom, two bath, comfortable beach cottage style. Master bedroom has new king size bed, walk in closet and walk in granite shower and countertop. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bath has spa tub, shower and granite sink countertop. Large couch/lounger in living room can be used for additional sleeping.
We also have a high chair and a Pacnplay for small children

All new appliances, furniture, cabinets, carpets, and woodgrain tile flooring. New Gas. Stove, Dishwasher, in door water and ice refrigerator, full size in unit washer and gas dryer. Fully stocked with dishes, utensils pots, pans linens and towels. Balcony has 2 lounge chairs, umbrella and gas grill.
No stairs required to access the first level condo from the garage or street. Secure gated community with enclosed garage and two dedicated parking spots. Electric vehicle charging station and visitor parking available.
Unit offers Dish Satellite TV in the living room and Bedroom and wireless internet.
Other Things to Note:
There is a Ringpro camera installed outside front door, this camera only views outside of the unit for entry door, courtyard and gate.
No camera inside the property.
On site access to two hot tub spa's and storage for beach gear, chairs, bikes, surfboards.
Walk directly out to the Strand walkway and the beach. A few blocks walk to the Oceanside harbor rentals and many downtown restaurants and shops.
