Situated on the Ground Floor, the unit sleeps 6 and has plenty of windows allowing for lots of natural light. A comfortable living room with a large Smart T.V. and a second Smart T.V. in the master bedroom. Included DISH TV, High Speed WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, master has a huge walk-in closet and private bath. we enjoyed the stay went to fast this year, only one recommendation, I know ieverything cost money at some point change out the master shower door to a slider moving to the left and installing heaver glass.

Out the front door and cross the strand and you are on the beach! Easy walk to the pier, lots of restaurants, and the Thursday Farmer's Market and Sunset Market. Lots to do, the Surfer Museum and their special Vietnam War/China Beach exhibit definitely worth a visit. The Unit is well equipped with plenty of beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs, a fully equipped kitchen and Dish TV with Tennis Channel! Washer and dryer are full-size and the coffee maker is a Keurig. Two secure designated parking places underground, and some visitor spaces with coded access for daytime visitors.
